The Story of Golden Brands

Golden Brands 464 started the way most good things do — someone got tired of the mediocre options and decided to fix the problem. We’re candlemakers who got into the wax business because we couldn’t find a soy wax that threw scent the way we needed, held color without looking muddy, and released from molds without a fight. So we made one.

464 isn’t a marketing number. It’s a formulation — the one that finally worked after all the batches that didn’t. This is container wax built for clean burns, smooth tops, and hot throws that actually fill a room. We test it in real candles, in real conditions, because spec sheets don’t tell you how a wax performs on the third burn or whether it’ll frost by December.

We sell to small-batch makers, kitchen-table businesses, and craft chandlers who care about what goes into their products. No minimum orders designed to price out beginners. No confusing additive packages you don’t need. Just clean-burning soy wax that does what it’s supposed to do, priced so you can actually make money selling what you pour.

Common Questions, Clear Answers

What is the typical shipping time for orders?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on the destination. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster arrival.

How should this product be stored to maintain quality?

The product should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ideal storage temperature is between 15–25°C (60–77°F). Keeping it in the original packaging helps preserve its properties and prevents contamination.

For best results, the product should be heated to approximately 76–82°C (170–180°F). Using a double boiler or dedicated melting equipment helps ensure even heating. A thermometer is recommended to monitor temperature accurately and avoid overheating.

Can fragrance oils and dyes be added?

Yes, fragrance oils can typically be added at a rate of 6–10% by weight, depending on the desired scent strength. Dyes should be added sparingly and stirred thoroughly for even distribution. Testing small batches first is always a good idea to achieve the preferred results.

What is the return policy if the product arrives damaged?

If a shipment arrives damaged or defective, customer support should be contacted within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the damage will be needed to process a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs for damaged items are covered.

Is there a minimum order quantity for wholesale purchases?

Wholesale pricing is available for bulk orders. Minimum quantities and pricing details can be requested by contacting customer support directly. Larger orders may also qualify for reduced shipping rates.
